Scope of service: 
It covers Xin'an, Fuyong and Fuhai Streets in Bao'an District. The service mainly includes nine aspects: comprehensive road cleaning, garbage collection, transportation and transshipment, O&M management of garbage transfer stations, maintenance of front-end facilities for garbage classification in public areas and villages in the city, O&M management of public toilets, construction and O&M management of sanitation parking lots, greening management and maintenance, construction and O&M of smart management systems and platforms, and emergency support. 
 

Main features of the project: 
• Mechanized operation rate: The mechanized operation rate for primary and secondary roads in the urban area reaches 100%, the mechanized operation rate for alleys is increased to more than 90%, and the operation efficiency is increased by more than 60%; 
 
• The integration reform is thorough, the mechanization rate increases, the number of sanitation workers decreases, and the comprehensive welfare benefits of employees increases by 20%; 
 
• Small equipment, smart IoT, and innovative sanitation operation technology and construction methods, showing Shenzhen as a pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics; 
 
• The application of a complete set of new energy sanitation equipment, management information technology and artificial intelligence technology has helped Shenzhen to build an international leading public service level.
